1. Cancellation Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Full refund if cancelled before shipment.

  • Post-order requests must be made immediately after purchase.

  • No cancellations if:

    • Order is already shipped.

    • Item is perishable (flowers, eatables, etc.).

2. Refund & Replacement Policy

A. General Terms

  • Prepaid Orders: Eligible for full refund upon cancellation before shipment.
  • Perishables Items: No refunds unless quality issues (verified by our team).
  • Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 48 hours for manufacturer inspection.
  • Returns/Exchanges: Eligible only within 48 hours after delivery.

  • No refunds/return/exchange for items already exchanged 1 time.

B. Partial COD Orders

  • No refunds for partial prepayments in case of RTO (e.g., advance online payment).

  • Only delivery-paid amount refunded if return is approved.


3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds processed in 6–8 business days.

  • Prepaid refunds credited to original payment method.
