2. Refund & Replacement Policy
A. General Terms
- Prepaid Orders: Eligible for full refund upon cancellation before shipment.
- Perishables Items: No refunds unless quality issues (verified by our team).
- Damaged/Defective Items: Report within 48 hours for manufacturer inspection.

Returns/Exchanges: Eligible only within 48 hours after delivery.
No refunds/return/exchange for items already exchanged 1 time.
B. Partial COD Orders

No refunds for partial prepayments in case of RTO (e.g., advance online payment).

Only delivery-paid amount refunded if return is approved.
3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds processed in 6–8 business days.
